Santa Rosa Insulation was founded in 2016 in Santa Rosa, California. At the time, a large share of Sonoma County homes were 40 to 60 years old - built during the postwar boom with little attention to insulation or air sealing. Homeowners were paying high energy bills and living in rooms that were never quite comfortable, and most didn't know why.
We started with attic insulation and spray foam work in older neighborhoods across Santa Rosa, and grew from there. After the 2017 Tubbs Fire reshaped the city, we worked in rebuilt neighborhoods like Coffey Park and Fountaingrove alongside the older homes that had survived. Each type of home has its own set of needs, and we've learned to handle both.
Today we serve 12 communities across Sonoma County and the North Bay, covering everything from crawl space vapor barriers to commercial insulation projects. We are a local company - not a franchise, not a national brand. We live and work in the same area you do, and we stand behind every job we complete.
