Santa Rosa Insulation is located at 653 Charles St, Santa Rosa, CA 95404. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Site or our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Santa Rosa Insulation provides residential and commercial insulation services, including but not limited to spray foam insulation, attic insulation, blown-in insulation, crawl space insulation, air sealing, vapor barrier installation, and insulation removal. Services are performed in Santa Rosa, CA and surrounding communities in Sonoma County and the North Bay.
All services are subject to a written estimate and a separate service agreement. These Terms and Conditions govern the general relationship between you and Santa Rosa Insulation. Specific project terms will be set out in the written estimate or contract provided before work begins.
All estimates are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Estimates are based on the conditions observed during an in-home assessment and the scope of work described at that time.
If unforeseen conditions are discovered once work begins - such as structural issues, undisclosed prior damage, or conditions that could not be reasonably identified during the assessment - we will notify you promptly and discuss any changes to the scope and cost before proceeding.
Final pricing is confirmed in the written contract. No verbal pricing commitments are binding.
Appointments are scheduled by mutual agreement. We ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel an estimate visit. For scheduled work days, we ask for a minimum of 72 hours notice of cancellation.
Cancellations with less notice may result in a cancellation fee if materials have been ordered or crew time has been reserved specifically for your project. Any applicable cancellation fee will be disclosed in your written agreement.
Payment terms are outlined in your written estimate or contract. In general, we require a deposit before work begins on larger projects, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. Smaller jobs may require full payment on completion.
Accepted payment methods will be stated in your contract. Invoices not paid within the agreed time frame may be subject to a late fee as specified in the written agreement. In the event of non-payment, Santa Rosa Insulation reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies.
You agree to provide Santa Rosa Insulation with accurate information about the property and the work needed. You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work areas - including attics, crawl spaces, and any other areas to be serviced - on the scheduled work day.
For spray foam installation, you and all occupants must vacate the property during application and for the curing period specified by our crew. Failure to comply with preparation requirements may delay the project and could result in additional charges.
Santa Rosa Insulation warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner using materials appropriate for the scope of work. Any specific product or labor warranty will be stated in your written contract.
Except as expressly stated in your contract, all services and information provided on this Site are offered "as is" without any additional warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, structural issues, damage caused by factors outside the scope of the contracted work, or issues arising from conditions that were not disclosed or were not reasonably discoverable at the time of the assessment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Santa Rosa Insulation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of this Site or the performance of services. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable California law, including liability for gross negligence, fraud, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
All content on this Site - including text, images, logos, and page designs - is owned by or licensed to Santa Rosa Insulation. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.
If a dispute arises between you and Santa Rosa Insulation relating to our services or these Terms, we encourage you to contact us directly at quotes@insulationsantarosa.com or (707) 867-4942 to resolve the matter informally before pursuing formal proceedings.
If informal resolution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Sonoma County, California, in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration organization, unless a dispute falls within the jurisdiction of a small claims court. The prevailing party may be entitled to recover reasonable attorney fees as determined by the arbitrator or court.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought in the appropriate courts of Sonoma County, California.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site or engagement with our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
